GALION, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—Grace Point Church will host its annual Hog Roast benefit for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital on Saturday, August 1, 2026, from noon to 5 p.m.
This year’s event features the addition of a participant-judged car show on the church’s newly paved parking lot. Registration runs from 10:30 a.m. to noon with a $15 entry fee, and awards will be presented at 4 p.m. Attendees can also enjoy live rock-and-roll music from 1 to 4 p.m. and browse a silent auction.
The event will offer both dine-in and drive-through meal options. Menu highlights include a $12 adult pork platter featuring fire-cooked baked beans and a brownie sundae, as well as $5 children’s meals.
Last year, the community fundraiser generated more than $25,000 for pediatric cancer research. Local businesses interested in sponsoring the event or donating items for the silent auction can contact Grace Point Church at 419-468-9648.
