BUCYRUS, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—At First Federal Community Bank, we believe in investing in our future, and that means giving students real world experiences that matter.
Our Summer Internship Program is more than just a seasonal gig. It’s a hands-on opportunity for local students to build skills, explore career paths in banking and finance, and become part of a team that truly cares about our community.
We’re proud to offer this program each year as a way to mentor, inspire, and support the next generation of leaders. Strong communities start with strong opportunities.

“We’re proud to be a place where learning and leadership go hand in hand. Our internship program reflects the culture we’ve built at FFCB, one that values courage, curiosity, and care in everything we do. Our interns bring fresh energy and new perspectives to the bank, and in return, we provide a foundation built on real experience, professional growth, and strong community values. Welcome, Nick, Elizabeth and Lane!” Steve Crall, President & CEO of First Federal Community Bank
