A report of two women soliciting in the vicinity of Sunoco on North Sandusky Avenue Tuesday afternoon led to Bucyrus police arresting one person. A vehicle involved in the investigation was located on Emerson St. and Anthony D. Lockhart was arrested. Lockhart initially used a false name and, what may have come as a surprise to him, deputies arrived to serve court papers to the person he was falsely claiming to be. Officers charged Lockhart with falsification and arrested him on a warrant out of Shelby. He was issued a date to appear for the falsification charges and was transported to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held on the Shelby warrant.
Officers arrested thirty-three-year-old Joey L. Alspach in the 500 block of Rogers St. Wednesday evening on a Crawford County warrant. He was released pending a court appearance. Forty-year-old Stephanie M. King was arrested at her residence early Thursday morning and charged with domestic violence. She was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to await a court appearance.
Officers investigated an accident in the 600 block of Woodlawn Avenue Wednesday afternoon when a pizza delivery vehicle backed out of a drive and struck a parked vehicle that was in a no parking area on the street. There was minor damage to both vehicles.
