CRAWFORD COUNTY, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—The Crawford County History Alliance is proud to announce a rotating exhibit featuring Storytelling Banners, a collaborative project created by members of the Alliance to promote the people, places, and traditions of Crawford County. This project is a celebration of America 250-OH, highlighting the unique contributions Ohio has made to America’s rich history and heritage.

The exhibit showcases visually engaging banners that share stories from communities throughout the county, highlighting local history, industry, education, agriculture, military service, transportation, and community life. Topics featured in the exhibit include early settlement stories, railroad history, local businesses & manufacturing, rural schools, notable residents & veterans, agricultural traditions, and memorable community events that helped shape Crawford County throughout the generations.

Designed to educate and inspire residents and visitors alike, the banners reflect the Alliance’s ongoing commitment to preserving and promoting Crawford County’s historical legacy. Each banner combines photographs, historical information, and storytelling elements that bring local history to life for all ages.

In celebration of America 250, the banners will rotate among several public locations across the county, making the exhibit accessible to a wide audience. Each location will display the banners for a designated period before moving to the next venue. This traveling exhibit will encourage community members throughout all of Crawford County to experience the exhibit.

Host locations include:

• Bucyrus City Hall: June 1-June 12

• Galion Utility Office: June 15-June 26
