BUCYRUS, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—First Federal Community Bank is introducing a new digital business banking platform designed to simplify account management and expand payment options for customers.
The platform will allow users to manage personal and business accounts under a single login, reducing the need to switch between systems. The upgrade will also include enhanced reporting tools and a more streamlined interface across mobile and desktop devices.
A key feature of the rollout is the addition of Zelle for small businesses, enabling real-time, person-to-person payments using email-based tokens or business-specific Zelle tags. Officials said the feature responds to strong customer demand for faster and more flexible payment options.
The bank has not announced a launch date but plans to share updates online and in branch locations as development progresses.
