CRESTLINE — Two men were reported to be going door-to-door in Crestline posing as employees of Crawford County Public Health.
Crawford County Public Health Commissioner Kate Siefert said employees of her department are not going door-to-door and residents should not answer the door for anyone claiming to be from the health department.
Local law enforcement has been made aware of the reports and anyone who experiences this situation should contact law enforcement immediately.
Citizens should try to provide as much information as possible such as physical descriptions, vehicle information and direction of travel. No one should ever put themselves in harm’s way collect this information.
