BUCYRUS—A jury has found Jacqueline Montgomery guilty of the murder of Michael “Mikey” Benedict. A jury of ten women and two men found Montgomery guilty of felony assault murder. She will be sentenced at a date to be determined.
Montgomery contended that co-defendant Cameron Davis lied about the events leading up to the assault, the assault, and the events following the assault. She also expressed her disappointment in her husband, saying he lied as well.
