Bobby Ferguson was sentenced to eight months in Lorain Correctional Institute due to violating community control.
Dustin Blankenship changed his plea to guilty for the charge of breaking and entering. By changing his plea, Judge Russell Wiseman will dismiss the felony five charges with Blankenship serving three years of community control, as well as paying $1,638 in restitution fees plus court costs.
Timothy James Casler, who pleaded guilty to grand theft of a motor vehicle and breaking and entering, will have his charges held in lieu of intervention. Casler’s intervention will be for a period of two years.
