12:24 p.m.- A domestic dispute was investigated in the 200 block of West Mansfield Street and it was loud arguing.
12:40 p.m.- A two-vehicle, non-injury rear-end crash was investigated in the area of Whetstone Street and Hopley Avenue. A citation was issued.
1:29 p.m.- A bicycle found abandoned in the 400 block of North Sandusky Avenue was brought to the police department.
1:34 p.m.- Officers assisted with a standby in the 200 block of West Mansfield Street.
1:48 p.m.- A two-vehicle accident was investigated in the area of Mansfield and Iron Streets.
2:08 p.m.- A report of a person trespassing in the 1700 block of Marion Road was a former tenant.
3:00 p.m.- Officers assisted a person with Operation Hope at the police department.
4:26 p.m.- An abandoned bicycle found in the 800 block of East Rensselaer Street was brought to the police department.
4:38 p.m.- A traffic complaint was investigated in the area of East Southern and Harris Avenues. Cones were set up for the traffic obstruction.
5:02 p.m.- A 911 open line call was investigated in the area of Bucyrus Plaza.
5:08 p.m.- A private property accident was investigated at Kroger.
7:21 p.m.- A neighborhood dispute was investigated in the 500 block of Rogers Street.
7:52 p.m.- A theft report of a phone was taken at the police department.
8:03 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 1400 block of South Sandusky Avenue.
8:09 p.m.- Officers assisted a person experiencing mental problems in the 100 block of East Liberty Street.
9:48 p.m.- An abandoned bicycle found in the 600 block of Woodlawn Avenue was brought to the police department. It is a chrome BMX with green pegs.

2:32 a.m.- Officers assisted a State Trooper in the area of State Route 98 north.
8:15 a.m.- A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 300 block of West Warren Street was unfounded as the owner arrived and moved the vehicle.
10:31 a.m.- Officers investigated a report of loud music in the 100 block of Heritage Circle.
11:21 a.m.- Officers checked the welfare of a woman in the 800 block of South Poplar Street.
3:10 p.m.- Officers investigated a two-car, non-injury accident Whetstone Street and Hopley Avenue.
3:47 p.m.- Officers investigated a one car non-injury accident in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street of a vehicle sliding into a sign.
4:28 p.m.- Officers investigated a two-car, non-injury accident Poplar and Mary Streets.
4:30 p.m.- Officers investigated a two-car, non-injury accident in the 500 block of Kaler Avenue. One driver was issued a citation.
7:03 p.m.- Officers investigated a hit-skip accident in the area of Beverly Drive and Wilbur Street. The vehicle responsible for the crash was located and the driver was cited.
9:09 p.m.- A report of an erratic driver in the 400 block of Emerson Street was investigated.
10:12 p.m.- A report of an erratic driver in the 300 block of West Warren Street was investigated.
10:45 p.m.- A medical alarm in the 1100 block of Mary Ann Lane was investigated.
11:26 p.m.- Officers conducted a welfare check on a male sitting in a running vehicle in City Lot #3.

1:38 a.m.- A traffic stop was made on Faustina Avenue near Osman Street and Cynthia Messmer, 28, was arrested on two warrants out of Crawford County. She was issued a date to appear in court and released.
1:46 a.m.- A report of a sexual assault is under investigation.
2:07 a.m.- Two 15-year-old juveniles were arrested for curfew violation.
7:47 a.m.- A report of a breaking and entering in the 200 block of North Sandusky Avenue was investigated and one individual was taken into custody for investigation.
8:36 a.m.- A disturbance in the 400 block of North Walnut Street was investigated.
11:24 a.m.- A report of a vacant house with an open door on Wiley Street was investigated.
12:52 p.m.- Officers responded to a disturbance in the 200 block of North Sandusky Avenue and followed up on an earlier incident.
3:35 p.m.- An employee of Walmart reported a wallet stolen. The wallet was recovered and the suspect was located. The matter remains under investigation.
5:24 p.m.- Officers conducted a civil standby in the 400 block of East Rensselaer Street.
5:38 p.m.- Officers assisted EMS in the 100 block of East Charles Street.
7:02 p.m.- Officers investigated a possible water main break in the area of Whetstone Street and Southern Avenue and the water department responded and repaired it.
7:07 p.m.- Officers investigated a burglary in the 1300 block of Tiffin Street.
9:12 p.m.- A report of a suspicious vehicle in the area of Earl and Wilbur Streets was a disabled vehicle.
10:55 p.m.- A report of telecommunication harassment was investigated.
11:36 p.m.- Officers investigated an open line 9-1-1 call in the 1400 block of Cullen Court and it was a misdial.
