1:24 a.m.-A Fairview Avenue resident reported hearing gunshots. Officers did not locate the source of the noise.
2:08 a.m.-Michael S. Arndt was issued a citation for driving under suspension and with expired operator’s license on Sherman Street.
8:25 a.m.-A Fairview Avenue resident reported an unwanted man at their residence. The man was gone upon officers’ arrival and he will be contacted and warned against trespassing.
11:12 a.m.-Jessica E. Hess was issued a citation for failure to reinstate in the 300 block of Harding Way West.
3 p.m.-A report of a large group of juveniles kicking signs down in the 200 block of Portland Way North was investigated.
3:22 p.m.-A wallet found in the Public Square area was turned over to police.
6:09 p.m.-A welfare check was conducted on a resident in the 500 block of Galion Arms.
7:04 p.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 100 block of Harding Way West with a person that was experiencing chest pain.
10:51 p.m.-A resident in the 500 block of Harding Way East reported being harassed by someone they know.
11:17 p.m.-During a traffic stop in the 800 block of Portland Way North, Cody J. Reed was arrested for obstruction of justice. Guns, ammunition and knives were confiscated from the vehicle.
