BUCYRUS, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—The Crawford County Community Concert Association is set to welcome the acclaimed Appalachian Road Show to Bucyrus on Thursday evening, May 8.

The visionary acoustic ensemble will take the stage at 7:00 p.m. at the Bucyrus Elementary School Auditorium, located at 245 Woodlawn Avenue. Doors will open for seating at 6:30 p.m.

Appalachian Road Show is known for its new-generation interpretations of traditional Americana, bluegrass, and folk music, alongside its own innovative original compositions. The band’s music is deeply rooted in the Appalachian regions of the United States, drawing inspiration from the mountains and hollers of North Carolina and Virginia to the coal mines of West Virginia and Kentucky.

Attendees can expect an evening of dynamic musicianship, interwoven with stories from the heart of Appalachia. The songs explore universal themes found in the region’s history, including logging, coal mining, trains, and personal relationships.
