UPPER SANDUSKY, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—The much-anticipated Fantasy of Lights, the biggest event of the Christmas season in Upper Sandusky, is set to kick off this week. After weeks of dedicated effort by numerous volunteers, the Opening Ceremony will take place at 6PM on Wednesday evening.
Residents and visitors alike can enjoy walking through the beautifully decorated Harrison Smith Park on Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Starting Friday, the park will open to car traffic, allowing visitors to drive through and experience the festive lights display from the comfort of their vehicles. This schedule will continue through the rest of December.
To accommodate the influx of visitors, parking will be available at the Wyandot County Fairgrounds. Shuttle services will be provided to transport attendees to and from Harrison Smith Park, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.
