The Bucyrus Athletic Department is proud to host its annual “Most Inspirational Teacher” nights this 2014-2015 fall sports season.
This special evening, which is aimed at honoring Bucyrus teachers who have had the biggest impact on the lives of senior athletes from the cross country, boys’ and girls’ golf, football, girls’ tennis teams, cheerleaders and band members, will be held before the start of the home football game against Mohawk September 19. The volleyball team honorees will be recognized during the home match versus Colonel Crawford September 25. All honorees will be escorted across the playing surface and publicly acknowledged for their accomplishments.
Athletic and Activities Director Rick Rawson is excited to recognize these teachers for their hard work and dedication to the students. “They are an inspiration to the students both on and off the field and their sacrifices for the students do not go unnoticed. We really want to make it a special night for the teachers, students and community.”
