There were a number of people that didn’t get to join in on the Fourth of July festivities this year after being arrested.
The Crawford County Sheriff’s Office arrested Tyler Lee Oxer, of Galion, Wednesday for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. Oxer was taken to jail and will serve a 155 day sentence.
A number of others were arrested for failure to appear or failure to pay fines leading into the holiday weekend. Cardington police arrested Dale Paul Conrad, of Cardington, on a bench warrant for failure to appear and failure to pay fines and costs. The Marion County Sheriff’s Office arrested Christina Rose Billow, of Crestline, on a bench warrant for failure to pay fines and costs. Crawford Sheriff’s deputies arrested James Darryl Stidham, of Marion, for failure to report to jail, David Shane Foreman, also of Marion, for failure to appear for an arraignment, and Adam Dale Hagerty, of Crestline, for failure to report to jail. Galion police arrested Mickie Joe Williams, of Mansfield, on a warrant on an indictment for theft. Conrad, Billow, Stidham, Foreman, Hagerty and Williams are being held for court.
