1:58 a.m.-Officers gave an elderly pedestrian a ride home.

2:10 a.m.-An officer assisted a Crawford County Sheriff’s deputy with a traffic stop on West Church Street.

2:55 a.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 400 block of Portland Way North.

3:12 a.m.-A North Union Street resident reported cigarettes stolen from their vehicle.

10:01 a.m.-A welfare check was conducted in the 100 block of Easton Way.

10:08 a.m.-A report was taken regarding a domestic issue involving utilities in the 300 block of North Market Street.

12:14 p.m.-A report of a scam was investigated in the 300 block of Pine Street.

2 p.m.-A report of a man riding a lawnmower in the street was investigated in the 600 block of Harding Way East. He was advised to take the mower home and ride a bicycle.

5:19 p.m.-A Harding Way East resident reported receiving a scam-related phone call.

6:13 p.m.-A report of a reckless driver was investigated in the 1000 block of Harding Way East.

6:38 p.m.-Joshua Deel was issued a citation for driving under suspension in the 6400 block of Railroad Street. He was released to Morrow County on a warrant and the owner of the vehicle he was driving was issued a warning for wrongful entrustment.

7:07 p.m.-A person reported losing their Apple watch and that the GPS location said it was at a residence in the 700 block of West Church Street. The residents of the home denied having the watch.

7:56 p.m.-A report of a protection order violation was investigated in the 100 block of Easton Way.

8:14 p.m.-Officers assisted with a person experiencing mental health issues.

8:28 p.m.-A report of fireworks was investigated in the First Avenue area.

9:49 p.m.-A report of fireworks was investigated in the 200 block of Jan Court.

10:37 p.m.- -A report of fireworks was investigated in the 400 block of Libby Lane. One person was advised to contact the court regarding a warrant and the other was issued a verbal warning for the fireworks.

11:38 p.m.-A report of a suspicious person was investigated in the 600 block of West Church Street.

12:14 a.m.-A dog that was possibly hit by a car was turned over to officers who were able to locate the dog’s owner.

12:43 p.m.-A juvenile driver was issued a citation for driving without a license in the 600 block of Harding Way East.

12:55 a.m.-The K-9 unit assisted with a search in the Harding Way East area and one male was arrested.

4:22 a.m.-A possible breaking and entering was investigated in the 300 block of Grove Avenue.

11:57 a.m.-A standby was conducted in the 1000 block of Edward Street.

8:08 p.m.- -A report of fireworks was investigated in the 700 block of South Boston Street.

8:33 p.m.-Stacey L. Tyler was issued a citation for driving under suspension and fictitious tags in the 200 block of South Market Street.

9:57 p.m.- -A report of fireworks was investigated in the Wilson Avenue area.

10:18 p.m.- -A report of fireworks was investigated in the North Columbus Street area.

11:15 p.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile was investigated in the 100 block of First Avenue.

11:30 p.m.-A standby was conducted in the 300 block of Clymer Avenue.

11:42 p.m.-A report of a man and woman fighting in the 800 block of Harding Way East was investigated. William H. Sturgill, 44, and Rosann M. Sturgill, 34, both of Galion, were arrested for disorderly conduct.

11:39 a.m.-Geneva L. Lee was issued a citation for driving under suspension in the Ohio 309 area.

12:46 p.m.-A receipt book found in the 200 block of North Liberty Street was turned over to officers.

12:54 p.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile was investigated in the 200 block of Libby Lane.

6:59 p.m.-Theodore D. H. Lewis was issued a citation for driving under suspension in the 700 block of Harding Way West.

7:26 p.m.-A report of a scam was investigated in the 600 block of Harding Way West.

8:39 p.m.-Zachary G. Lunsford, 27, Galion, was arrested on a charge of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor in the 800 block of Charles Street.

9:17 p.m.-A report of a dispute was investigated in the Powers Reservoir area. The people involved said they were just talking loud and going fishing.

9:50 p.m.- -A report of fireworks was investigated in the 1200 block of Dawsett Avenue.

9:52 p.m.- -A report of fireworks was investigated in the East Park area.

10:05 p.m.-A Second Avenue resident reported someone knocking on their doors and house. Officers did not locate anyone in the area.

11:54 p.m.- -A report of fireworks was investigated in the 500 block of East Church Street.

1:39 a.m.-A report of juveniles swimming in Amann’s Reservoir was investigated. Two of the juveniles drove themselves home with parents’ permission and the other two were picked up at the station by their parents.

3:46 a.m.-David K. Burchfield, 48, Galion, was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence in the Portland Way North. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center.

2:07 p.m.-A report of an accident involving injuries was investigated in the 700 block of Carter Drive.

3:41 p.m.-A parking complaint was investigated in the Heise Park area was investigated. The vehicle was towed from the area by Zeger’s Towing.

6:25 p.m.-A neighborhood dispute was investigated in the 400 block of Libby Lane.

8:41 p.m.-A report of a suspicious group of people fighting inside a vacant house in the 100 block of South Pierce Street was investigated.

9:42 p.m.- -A report of fireworks was investigated in the Harding Way East area.

9:48 p.m.- -A report of fireworks was investigated in the 400 block of Libby Lane.

10:11 p.m.- -A report of fireworks was investigated in the Discount Drug Mart parking lot..

11:23 p.m.-A report of juveniles setting off fireworks in the South Market Street area was investigated.

11:28 p.m.-Tyler M. Donathan was issued a summons for discharging fireworks after officers responded again to a report of fireworks in the 400 block of Libby Lane.

11:32 p.m.- -A report of fireworks was investigated in the 500 block of South Market Street.

11:39 p.m.- -A report of fireworks was investigated in the North Union Street area.

12:05 a.m.-A report of a man possibly putting kerosene in a resident’s gas tank in the South Boston Street area was investigated.

1:07 a.m.-A report of loud music was investigated in the 1200 block of Oliver Street.

3:19 a.m.-A report of a pack of coyotes surrounding people in the Amann’s Reservoir area. Two people were issued warnings for criminal trespass, parking in a no-parking zone and fishing in a restricted area.

3:52 a.m.-A small child wandering outside alone in the 200 block of South Pierce Street was investigated. The child’s guardians were issued warnings for failing to watch the child properly and advised on how to prevent it from happening again.

6:11 a.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 200 block of Fellow Street.

6:52 p.m.-A report of kids knocking down mailboxes in the 200 block of Pershing Avenue.

8:20 a.m.-Two male juveniles were arrested in the 200 block of Pershing Avenue for vandalism.

12:47 p.m.-A counterfeit $100 bill was turned over to officers in the 100 block of First Avenue.

2:52 p.m.-A report of gunshots was investigated in the 5900 block of Spring Valley Court.

4:28 p.m.-Officers assisted at a garage fire in the 500 block of South Union Street.

8:13 p.m.-A report of unruly juveniles at Heise Park was investigated. They left the area.

8:58 p.m.-An accident in the Gill Avenue area was investigated. EMS assisted at the scene with one person.

9:36 p.m.-A parking complaint was investigated in the South Boston Street area.

9:55 p.m. -A report of fireworks was investigated in the 500 block of South Market Street.
