Colonel Crawford’s Chad Johnson and Carey’s Destiny DeFeo were named Cross Country Runners of the Year for the Northern 10 Athletic Conference. Crawford’ s Jody Grove was named Coach of the Year for boys cross country while Seneca East’s Matt Schock took home the same honor for girls cross country.
