NORTH ROBINSON (Crawford County Now) — Colonel Crawford senior, Brayden Holt, has officially committed to continuing his academic and athletic career at the University of Findlay, where he will be playing basketball for the Oilers.
Holt ultimately chose Findlay after taking a visit and meeting with the coaching staff, faculty members and seeing the campus. Holt plans on majoring in Sports Business. The Oilers compete in the Division II Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC).
Holt was a 2-time, First Team All-Ohioan in basketball in high school, where he also played football and baseball for the Eagles. He was recently named a 2-time player of the year in the Northern 10 Athletic Conference, District 6, and Northwest District.
He helped the Eagles to the state tournament in 2025, along with a regional final appearance this past winter. Holt scored 1,749 career points during his high school career.
