The first rain-free day in weeks also marked a momentous occasion for Jordan Noel. Nineteen-year-old Noel had been in prison since April after pleading guilty to a felony three burglary charge and a felony four aggravated assault charge.
As per Noel’s plea agreement, he was granted judicial release in Crawford County Common Pleas Court Thursday. Judge Russell Wiseman placed Noel on community control for three years.
