A 45-year-old Galion man died at Toledo St. Vincent’s Hospital over the weekend as a result of an ATV accident in Leesville on Saturday evening. Gregory Stockmaster was flown by medical helicopter to Toledo St. Vincent’s Hospital where he died.
The Crawford County Sheriff’s Office received a call just after 8 p.m. Saturday regarding the accident east of the intersection of State Route 598 and Leesville Road. The accident report indicated Stockmaster was traveling west on Leesville Road and approaching the intersection at St. Rt. 598 when he lost control in the roadway. The ATV rolled and ejected Stockmaster who suffered severe injuries.
That accident remains under investigation.
