BUCYRUS, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—Local residents are invited to help identify agricultural and natural resource priorities during an upcoming Crawford Soil and Water Conservation District and Natural Resources Conservation Service Local Work Group meeting.
The information-gathering meeting will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. July 30 at the Crawford SWCD/NRCS office, 3111 Ohio 98, Bucyrus.
The purpose of the meeting is to identify local agricultural and natural resource concerns and issues within Crawford County. Organizers are seeking public input on agricultural, soil, water and other conservation-related issues, as well as potential solutions and conservation priorities.
The Local Work Group consists of federal, state and local government representatives interested in conservation agriculture and natural resource management and supports locally led conservation efforts.
The meeting is open to the public, and local residents are encouraged to attend and provide feedback.
