Donna Bauer, the executive director for the Bucyrus Tourism and Visitors Bureau announced her resignation on Monday of this week.
Bauer was the bureau’s executive director for the past 12 years.
Bauer’s statement said only that she was thankful to the community “for the great opportunity to help showcase our town and spread the word of what great attractions, businesses and community that we have.”
The bureau’s Board of Directors is now searching for a new executive director.
