8:30 a.m.-Officers assisted the Mansfield Police Department in the 600 block of North Lane Street.
10:30 a.m.-A report of a domestic dispute in the 400 block of Jump Street was investigated. The people were not located.
11:48 a.m.-Shawn A. Smith, 49, was arrested in the 800 block of Cleland Avenue and charged with domestic violence. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center pending a court appearance.
3:38 p.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 500 block of Gay Street.
4:15 p.m.- A two-vehicle accident was investigated in the 700 block of North Sandusky Avenue.
6:15 p.m.- William Voss, 51, was arrested in the area of Pinewood Court on a Florida warrant. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for extradition.
6:41 p.m.- A traffic complaint was made in the 100 block of Whetstone Street.
6:53 p.m.-A suspicious person was reported in the area of West Warren and Grace Streets.
7:16 p.m.-A disturbance was reported at the police department.
7:42 p.m.- A domestic dispute was investigated in the 500 block of Whetstone Street.
7:49 p.m.-A welfare check was requested in the 1000 block of South Sandusky Avenue.
8:15 p.m.- A suspicious person was reported in the area of East Mary and North Walnut Streets.
8:46 p.m.- An animal complaint was investigated in the 400 block of East Mansfield Street.
8:53 p.m.-A report was made of an intoxicated driver in the 400 block of North Sandusky Avenue.
8:58 p.m.-A report of a suspicious person was made in the 200 block of Norton Way.
9:17 p.m.-Officers assisted a person experiencing mental problems.
10:53 p.m.-Lance Eimer, 31, was arrested on charges from an earlier incident. He was issued a summons to appear in court and released.
11:09 p.m.-A report of possible gunshots in the area of South Spring Street turned out to be fireworks.
11:12 p.m.-EMS personnel requested officer assistance in the 1700 block of Marion Road.

12:22 a.m.-EMS personnel requested an officer in the 200 block of Dudley Street with a combative patient.
12:33 a.m.-Officers responded with EMS personnel to the 1100 block of Orra Street for an unknown medical emergency.
12:39 a.m.-A disturbance in the 400 block of Heritage Circle was investigated.
12:50 a.m.-A report of a suspicious person passed out in a vehicle in the area of North Sandusky Avenue and Dudley Street was investigated. It was someone who had stopped to take a nap on their way home from work.
2:18 a.m.-Officers delivered a message to a resident in the 800 block of South Poplar Street.
3:11 a.m.-A disturbance in the 1300 block of Monnett Street was investigated.
3:44 a.m.-A report of possible child abuse was received and is under investigation.
6:21 a.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the 600 block of West Mansfield Street was investigated.
7:21 a.m.-Dana Kincade, 43, was arrested on suspicion of breaking and entering in the 400 block of Euclid Avenue.
8:24 a.m.-Officers assisted EMS in the 900 block of Marion Road after a woman fell into the street.
9:41 a.m.-A resident in the 200 block of River Street reported a trailer stolen.
9:45 a.m.-Officers assisted with a disorderly person at the Bucyrus Hospital.
9:47 a.m.-A report of a possible civil protection order violation in the 300 block of Short Street was investigated.
10:05 a.m.-Officers checked a suspicious vehicle at the Industrial Park.
10:26 a.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 500 block of Rogers Street.
11:12 a.m.-A parking complaint in the 600 block of West Southern Avenue was investigated.
12:43 p.m.-A woman in the 700 block of Earl Street reported her 53-year-old son missing within the past three days. Matthew Costello has not contacted home recently and left in his 2001 black Dodge Dakota pickup truck. Foul play is not suspected.
1:55 p.m.-Officers picked up drug paraphernalia in the 800 block of South Sandusky Avenue.
4:18 p.m.- Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance Service in the area of Wallace Avenue and Rogers Street.
5:49 p.m.-A welfare check was requested in the 1000 block of Martha Avenue.
6:08 p.m.- A report of people swimming and vehicles blocking the boat ramp was investigated at Outhwaite Reservoir.
7:53 p.m.- A disturbance was reported on West Mary Street.
7:55 p.m.- A report of a dog running loose was made in the 400 block of Myers Street.
8:19 p.m.- A report of a suspicious person was made in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street.

3:26 a.m.-Officers made contact with an intoxicated man acting suspiciously in the 400 block of North Sandusky Avenue.
8:04 a.m.-A parking citation was issued in the 100 block of Allen Avenue.
10:03 a.m.-Officers spoke to a dog owner in the 200 block of West Charles Street about a dog running loose.
11:07 a.m.-Officers checked the 400 block of North Sandusky Avenue after a report of a possible impaired driver.
11:58 a.m.-A report of a disturbance in the 300 block of Iron Street was investigated.
12:15 p.m.-Officers checked the welfare of a man in the 600 block of South Spring Street.

6:51 p.m.- A report of a burglary was made in the 500 block of Tiffin Street.
7:11 p.m.- A report of a vehicle driving recklessly was made in the area of Whetstone Street.
7:54 p.m.-Officers assisted with a standby in the 500 block of Tiffin Street.
8:24 p.m.-Officers picked up an abandoned bicycle in the 500 block of Warren Street.
8:46 p.m.-A reported smell of marijuana was investigated in the 1700 block of Marion Road.
9:18 p.m.-A written traffic warning was issued in the 300 block of South Sandusky Avenue.
9:30 p.m.-A report was made of juveniles of playing in the fountain on Washington Square was made.
11:09 p.m.-A report of a disturbance in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue was investigated.
11:34 p.m.-Officers investigated an injury accident in the 900 block of North Sandusky Avenue. One vehicle was towed from the scene and the driver transported to the hospital for treatment.
