11:22 a.m.- Officers checked the welfare of a woman in the 500 block of Park Avenue.

1:57 p.m.- Officers attempted to locate a resident in the 200 block of Whetstone Street for Galion Police.

2:36 p.m.- Officers removed a trash can from the roadway in the 500 block of East Mansfield Street.

2:50 p.m.- The K-9 unit assisted another agency.

3:11 p.m.- A syringe found in the 100 block of Gaius Street was disposed of.

3:15 p.m.- A report of suspicious people in the area of Rogers and Nora Streets was a person walking around a vacant house.

3:23 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 400 block of Dudley Street.

3:45 p.m.- A report of a vehicle door open in the area of Wayne and Sommer Avenues was investigated.

4:27 p.m.- A traffic complaint was made about a rough area of road on Maple Street.

4:45 p.m.- Officers assisted Life Support in the 200 block of South Sandusky Avenue. It was a homeless individual that was napping.

5:16 p.m.- Two income tax summons were served at the police department.

5:19 p.m.- One income tax summons was served in the 900 block of Reid Street.

5:26 p.m.- Officers checked on a person that was going door to door in the area of Warren and Whetstone Streets. It was a representative of IGS going to see active customers.

7:30 p.m.- A report of possible drug use was investigated.

7:50 p.m.- A purse found in the area of Maple Street was returned to the owner.

7:54 p.m.- A traffic stop was made in the area of Whetstone Street and East Southern Avenue. Earl Harsh, 29, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant. He was issued a court date to appear on the warrant, issued a traffic citation and released.

8:21 p.m.- Officers assisted the Crawford County Probation Department.

9:00 p.m.- A parking complaint was made in the 800 block of Prospect Street. Officers stopped the vehicle that had caused ruts to a tree lawn.

12:12 a.m.- Officers assisted an employee at Bucyrus Community Hospital ER.

3:44 a.m.- Officers assisted the Riverside Police Department in the 400 block of East Mansfield Street in attempting to deliver a message.

6:09 a.m.- A report of some type of animal making noises in the 500 block of Martin Avenue was investigated.  A resident may have left food scraps out that was attracting rodents.
