Bucyrus loses a local legend

BUCYRUS – Bucyrus lost a legend Tuesday morning when Dr. Don Wenner died at his home under hospice care. 

A little over a month ago Dr. Wenner celebrated his 100^th birthday.

Services for Dr. Wenner are pending and will be private due to many family members arriving from other states and today’s health concerns.

A tree will be planted by The Kiwanis Club in his honor on October 15^th along the new bike trail.
