9:10 a.m.-Officers attempted to locate a person at Woodbine Apartments for Ohio State Patrol authorities. Troopers were investigating a crash and the vehicle owner was allegedly at Woodbine Apartments.
10:10 a.m.-A complaint of a barking dog in the 800 block of Elm Street was investigated.
2:21 p.m.- Officers assisted a disabled motorist in the 900 block of East Mansfield Street. A tow truck was called for the car.
2:53 p.m.- A traffic report was made in the 300 block of Whetstone Street.
3:43 p.m.- A 15-year-old boy was reported missing from the 800 block of East Rensselaer Street. He was located a short time later at Bucyrus Estates in the 1700 block of Marion Road in the company of a 14-year-old boy that had previously been reported as a runaway. Both juveniles were returned to their parents.
4:05 p.m.- A report of a disabled semi in the area of Poplar and West Mansfield Streets was gone when officers arrived.
4:44 p.m.- A two-vehicle, non-injury crash between a yellow Dodge and white Honda was investigated in the 1100 block of East Mansfield Street. A citation was issued to one of the drivers.
5:35 p.m.- A domestic dispute was mediated in the 600 block of Rogers Street.
6:40 p.m.- A disturbance of loud yelling was investigated in the 900 block of South Walnut Street.
6:49 p.m.- Officers and Bucyrus Fire Department personnel responded to Smokey’s Drive-Thru, 314 N. Sandusky Ave. where a vehicle was struck in the drive-thru after one vehicle crashed into the rear of another. The vehicle that was rear-ended suffered a gas leak. The vehicle behind, responsible for the crash, had a busted radiator. The driver with the busted radiator was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence and issued a citation. The arrested driver was also cited for willful and wanton disregard of safety for the crash and his vehicle was towed from the scene with disabling damage.
6:52 p.m.- A disturbance was reported in the 500 block of South Spring Street. Officers were dispatched to a report of a phone being stolen and a second report of threats with guns and knives. It was determined the threats were from out of the area. The disputed phone was returned to rightful owners on North Walnut Street and some of the people involved were warned against trespass.
7:50 p.m.- Todd Frazier, 46, was arrested in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue on a Crawford County warrant. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.
9:27 p.m.- Officers investigated a fraudulent return in progress at the WalMart service desk. Ryan Leiss, 33, was arrested for theft in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street. He was issued a summons and released pending a court appearance.
10:09 p.m.- An employee at Walmart reported a possible fraudulent check received by the business.
11:30 p.m.-An emergency medical call was received from Faustina Avenue.
