7:08 a.m.-Officers checked the 600 block of North Lane Street after a report of loud music in the area.
9:46 a.m.-Officers checked the welfare of a woman in the 300 block of West Beal Avenue.
10:52 a.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the Bucyrus Plaza area.
12:29 p.m.-A report of a disturbance in the 1200 block of Monnett Street was unfounded.
12:35 p.m.-Officers spoke with a person at the station regarding a family matter.
4:42 p.m.-Jeffrey Oxer, 52, was arrested in the area of Mansfield and Iron Streets on charges of open container of alcohol and possession of marijuana. He was issued two minor misdemeanor citations and released pending a court appearance.
5:02 p.m.- Michael Young, 21, Lola Stewart, 41, Thomas Morrison, 48, and Lola Pfleider, 38, were arrested in the 200 block of North Walnut Street on charges of theft. They were issued summons and released pending a court appearance.
5:47 p.m.- Officers assisted with a civil stand by in the 200 block of West Charles Street.
6:02 p.m.- A domestic dispute was reported in the 1100 block of Willard Street.
6:23 p.m.- A traffic complaint was investigated in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street.
6:36 p.m.- A disturbance was reported in the 200 block of Blicke Street.
6:58 p.m.- A syringe picked up in the area of Charles and Walnut Streets was disposed of.
7:06 p.m.-A welfare check was requested in the 1600 block of Hopley Avenue.
7:42 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a warrant.
7:45 p.m.- A civil standby was requested in the 200 block of West Charles Street.
7:50 p.m.- A report of a suspicious person was investigated in the area of South East Street and Hopley Avenue.
8:19 p.m.- A 911 hang-up call was investigated in the 500 block of South Poplar Street.
8:17 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 1100 block of South East Street.
8:20 p.m.-A domestic dispute was reported in the 600 block of East Rensselaer Street.
9:32 p.m.- A report of a possible burglary was made in the 1200 block of Monnett Street.
9:45 p.m.- A report of a possible intoxicated person was investigated in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street.
10:58 p.m.-A Songer Avenue resident reported a neighbor using his electricity without permission.
11:16 p.m.-A report of a tractor with lights on in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated.
