1:10 p.m.-A report of a person walking on Marion Road and acting peculiar was investigated.
1:19 p.m.-Officers picked up found property in the area of Washington Square.
1:59 p.m.-Officers assisted a male who had fallen in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue. EMS was called and he was taken to Bucyrus Community Hospital.
3:03 p.m.-A juvenile who had run away from home was located and returned to a family member.
4:09 p.m.-Officers initiated a traffic stop in the area of South Walnut and East Center Streets. One person was arrested and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center for investigation of a possible felony possession of drugs charge.
4:21 p.m.-Matthew Watkins, 38, was arrested on warrants out of Crawford County, Morrow County and Crestline. He was taken to Morrow County to be held on their warrant.
5:24 p.m.-Officers checked the welfare of a man in a vehicle in the parking lot of Walmart after receiving a report that he had been out there a long time and appeared to be nodding off. He was found to be fine and trying to learn a new phone he had just purchased.
5:25 p.m.-Officers attempted to serve a warrant in the 700 block of South Sandusky Avenue.
5:29 p.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 500 block of Jones Street.
5:49 p.m.-A report of a vehicle stuck at the end of Lutz Drive needing assistance was investigated. The vehicle was gone from the area before officers arrived.
6:30 p.m.-Amber Foreman, 24, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence. She was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.
7:24 p.m.-Officers stood by for a civil property exchange in the 700 block of Plymouth Street.
7:39 p.m.-A parking complaint in the 500 block of East Charles Street was investigated.
8:42 p.m.-Officers checked the welfare of a resident in the 600 block of Woodlawn Avenue.
9:10 p.m.-A suspicious vehicle in the area of West Oakwood Avenue and South Spring Street was investigated.
11:35 p.m.-Officers conducted a walk-through in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street.
