Six people were arraigned Monday morning in Crawford County Common Pleas Court including one woman who is charged with burglary.

Jayme Fawley is charged with felony two burglary. Judge Russell Wiseman continued her bond at $50,000. Wiseman set a $50,000 bond for Caleb Moyer who is charged with drug possession. Brandon Johnson’s bond was set at $7,500. Johnson is charged with breaking and entering.

The other four defendants – Jesse Melba for drug possession, Thomas McIntyre for forgery, Ronald Carver for theft and David Dinges for drug possession – were all given personal recognizance bonds.

One individual had their intervention status revoked Monday morning while another was placed on the intervention in lieu of conviction program.

Jessica Meadows admitted to violating the conditions of her intervention program and was formally convicted of drug possession instead. Meadows was placed on community control for three years, but will be held at the Crawford County Justice Center until she enters an in-patient drug treatment program.

Travis Poland pleaded guilty to a charge of drug possession, but also had his motion granted for placement in the intervention program. Poland’s bond was vacated and he was released from custody.
