Lucas Alexander Leroy Hay, 11 weeks, of Galion passed away unexpectedly Saturday, September 9, 2017 at the Galion Hospital Emergency Room.
Born June 22, 2017 in Galion, he was the son of Alexander Robert Hay and Autum (Black) Meuser.
In addition to his parents he is survived by sisters Leia Hay and Kyla Meuser, both at home; brothers Ayden Hay at home and Tommy “T.J.” Meuser; maternal grandparents Angie Banks of New Washington and Ernest Black of Crestline; paternal grandparents Chuck and Rita Hay of Bucyrus and numerous family and friends.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 6 p.m. Friday, September 15, 2017 at Richardson Davis Chapel of Snyder Funeral Homes, 218 South Market St., Galion, Ohio 44833.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
