The Bucyrus City Board of Zoning Appeals has scheduled a meeting for Tuesday, March 7th, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. in Council Chambers on the 2nd floor of City Hall. The Board is meeting to discuss the following:

SUBJECT 1: Ms. Debra Gilliland, the owner of 1111 and 1113 E Warren St, is requesting to reconfigure the lots at these two properties. Currently the properties are built over an interior property line and there is no clear separation between the two addresses. The proposed lot reconfiguration would give each property a unique parcel. In order to permit this lot reconfiguration, the Board of Zoning Appeals will need to issue a variance to the section of the code (BCO 1163.05) that requires all lots to have frontage on a publicly dedicated, improved street or highway, as 1113 E. Warren St. will have frontage on the alley only.
