The Bucyrus City Board of Zoning Appeals has scheduled a meeting for Tuesday, February 7th, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. in Council Chambers on the 2nd floor of City Hall. The Board is meeting to discuss the following:
SUBJECT 1: Mr. Kennith G. Bolen, the owner of 601 Sitler Avenue, is requesting an area variance to build a shed and carport in the back of his property; along the right-of-way of Wise Street. The shed and carport would stand approximately 7’ from the property line and it would be in line with the existing shed.
