On Monday, Feb. 6, 2017, at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers 2nd Floor, 500 S. Sandusky Ave., Bucyrus, a public hearing will be conducted by The Bucyrus City Council to consider proposed amendments to the Bucyrus City Zoning Ordinance. This public hearing is in accordance with Bucyrus Codified Ordinances 1125.06, 1145.06 and Ohio Revised Code 713.12.
The Bucyrus City Platting Committee has recommended the following amendments to the Bucyrus Zoning Ordinances:
- Official Zoning District Map
Redistrict the following parcels for Avita Health System;
080017581000 from Suburban Residential Neighborhood (R2) to General Business (GB)
080018281000 from Urban Neighborhood Residential (R3) to General Business (GB)
Redistrict the following parcel for Hometown Garage;
080019022000 from Apartment Residential Neighborhood (AR) to Downtown Business (DB).
The proposed zoning changes shall be on file for public examination in the office of the Zoning Administrator at City Hall.
