Two men accused of breaking into the concession stand at Aumiller Park this summer were arraigned on felony breaking and entering charges Monday in Crawford County Common Pleas Court.

Twenty-year-old Joshua Denzer and 27-year-old Justin Kimble were charged with felony 5 breaking and entering and misdemeanor 4 criminal trespass. Judge Sean Leuthold set bond for both at $100,000.

Denzer was sentenced to 10 months prison in a 2015 case for breaking and entering and Kimble was sentenced to four years in prison on 2011 following his conviction for felony 3 gross sexual imposition.

In all, five people were arraigned on felony charges on Monday. Those arraigned, along with the charges they face and the bonds set, are: Joshua Disbennett, F5 drug possession, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor possession of drug abuse instruments, ($100,000); Joshua Denzer, F5 breaking and entering and M4 criminal trespass, ($100,000); Justin Kimble, F5 breaking and entering and M4 criminal trespass, ($100,000); Willis Clary, F5 breaking and entering and M1 possession of criminal tools, ($100,000); James Erwin, F5 drug possession, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor possession of drug abuse instruments, ($150,000).
