The Galion golf team picked up two wins over Cardington and Colonel Crawford Monday night at Sycamore Creek, the Tigers’ home course.

The Tigers’ scorecard came in at 170, while the Pirates posted a 180 and Colonel Crawford a 201 for the par-35 layout.

Cardington’s Austin Yake was the match medalist with a 39, but it was Galion’s depth that was the difference. Jack McElligott and Mitch Dyer each posted a 41 for the Tigers. They were supported by a 43 from Brevin Owens and a 45 from Matt Kingseed. Kaleb Harsh and Colten Skaggs each had a 47 for the Tigers.

Colonel Crawford was led Nick Gremling’s 42. Eli Shultz followed with a 50 and Andy Daubenspeck was next with a 51. Andy Brause rounded out the scoring for the Eagles with a 58. AJ Johnson had a 61 and Marcus Fagan had a card of 64.
