Recent trouble has landed Caitlynne Lambright back in prison. Lambright, who had been placed on community control, pleaded guilty to a felony five drug possession charge and admitted to her community control violations in Crawford County Common Pleas Court Thursday morning.

Lambright admitted to possessing heroin on April 1, 2013. She was sentenced to nine months in prison with credit for 161 days she has already served. Lambright must also pay a $1,250 mandatory drug fine and forfeit drug-related paraphernalia to the Crestline Police Department. Her license was also suspended for six months.

Judge Russell Wiseman terminated Lambright unsuccessfully from her supervision after she admitted to using heroin and Suboxone on March 25 and possessing heroin and drug paraphernalia in April.

Thomas Wells pleaded guilty to a felony three domestic violence charge. On June 28, 2013, Wells attempted to cause physical harm to a family or household member. He has two or more domestic violence charges on his record.

Wells was placed on community control for three years and must complete a drug and alcohol assessment along with any recommended follow-up treatment. He must pay a $1,250 fine and the costs of supervision. He was also credited for 63 days he had already served which would be applied to any jail sentence he may serve at a later date.

Wells will be subject to 36 months in prison if he doesn’t complete his community control.

Myron Carroll pleaded guilty to a felony five vandalism charge. Carroll, along with co-defendents Douglas Caudill and Jesse Issacs, caused physical harm to property owned by Lorain Music and Vending on September 17, 2012.

He was placed on community control for three years and must complete a drug and alcohol assessment along with any follow-up treatment. He must pay a $1,250 fine and the costs of supervision. Carroll was also ordered to forfeit all drug paraphernalia being held by the Crestline Police Department. Carroll and his co-defendants were ordered to pay restitution to Lorain Music in the amount of $2,092.21.

Carroll will be subject to 12 months in prison if he doesn’t complete his community control.

Rickie Cox, 41, of Galion, pleaded guilty to a felony five charge of importuning, amended from a felony four charge of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. Cox was placed on community control for three years.

Four people appeared in Crawford County Common Pleas Court for community control violations.

Derek Dennison, 27, of Bucyrus, and James Allonas II, 33, also of Bucyrus, had been arrested by Bucyrus police on August 28 on warrants out of Crawford County. Dennison, who had been convicted of possessing drugs in 2011, had his bond set at $50,000. Allonas had pleaded guilty to a felony three charge of illegal cultivation of marijuana in 2011 and had been sentenced to prison time before being granted judicial release in August 2012. His bond was also set at $50,000.

Teresa Artrip, 26, of Bucyrus, had been placed on probation in June 2012 after pleading guilty to a felony three robbery charge. Artrip’s bond was set at $50,000 at her initial hearing on her community control violations.

Lisa Elliot may have pleaded guilty to forgery back in May but her recent community control violations could land her in jail. Since June 4 Elliot has failed to report to her monthly office visits and failed to enter and complete her court-ordered substance abuse program. Judge Russell Wiseman appointed attorney Russell Long to her and set bond at $25,000.
