Wynford School District is announcing Kindergarten registration screenings for next school year 2016-2017.
Residents of Wynford School District with a child entering Kindergarten next fall may call the Wynford Elementary Building to register your child. The cut-off age for Kindergarten is five on/by Aug. 1.
Screening dates are April 14 and April 15. Please call the school at 419-562-4619 ext. 301 to register your Wynford resident student for a screening appointment.
Kindergarten requirements include immunizations, physical exam, dental exam, government issued birth certificate, social security number, custody papers, and proof of residency.
Immunizations include five doses DPT, four doses polio, two doses MMR, four doses Hepatitis B, and two doses chickenpox.
