Colonel Crawford High School started the first day of school for 2013 with only freshman students with the event also known as “Frosh Fest”.

CCHS Staff, 9th grade students, teen institute, and student council led students thru mock schedules, videos about student dress codes regulations, and other important issues like goal setting, drug prevention, team building, healthy relationship, school regulations, lock down drills, fire drills, tornado drills etc.

Crawford County 20/20 Vision Leader Dave Williamson was the guest speaker for the day’s events and he talked about students’ goals and futures as related to Crawford County 20/20 Vision goals.

All freshman students and staff received Colonel Crawford Eagle t-shirts to promote school spirit.

New Band director Shaun Shotwell had the percussion unit play school beats as student walk in to school gym the first day.
