BUCYRUS, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—The Bucyrus City Council has announced a Special Service Committee meeting to be held on Monday, Dec. 8, 2025, to address several key issues impacting city operations and finance.

The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. or immediately following a preceding Special Council meeting. It will be held in the Council Chambers on the second floor of City Hall, 500 S. Sandusky Ave., Bucyrus.

The meeting was called by Committee Chair Chris Mauritz, along with members Kevin Myers, C. Aaron Sharrock and Terry Spiegel.

Items on the agenda for consideration include:

  • 900 series
  • Solid waste rates
  • ODOT Airport Fuel System Grant

The public is invited and encouraged to attend the meeting to hear the discussion on these important city matters.
