The Colonel Crawford Eagles never trailed during Friday night’s boys’ basketball game as they dismantled the Wynford Royals 72-36.
Colonel Crawford never trailed in the game and at one point they went on a 14-0 run in the first quarter. Crawford scoring was led by Brody Martin who knocked down five threes on his way to 19 points. Owen Adams contributed 15 points and Derek Burkhart knocked down four threes and 14 points. Overall the Colonel Crawford Eagles hit 12 three pointers in the game.
With the win the Eagles improve to 3-0 on the season with a 2-0 N-10 record.
Wynfrod was led by Braxton Tea who hit four three pointers for 12 points.
With the loss the Royals drop to .500 on the season with a 2-2 overall record and a 1-1 reocrd in the N-10.
In other Crawford County action, the Bucyrus Redmen fell to the Seneca East Tigers 65-50.
