Bring any new cold weather gear to the Bucyrus Public Library starting Dec. 7 until the end of the month to decorate our mitten tree. Donations of hats, mittens, gloves, scarves, and other warm clothing will be given to community members in need this holiday season. Each item donated from December 7 – 12 is good for a $1 waiver for overdue fines (although items will be accepted until the end of the month).
