BUCYRUS, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—The Bucyrus City Council Platting Committee has scheduled a special meeting for Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at 6 p.m.
The meeting will take place in the Council Chambers on the second floor of City Hall, located at 500 S. Sandusky Ave.
Committee members called the special meeting to consider draft legislation for the rezoning of Avita lots. The proposed change would reclassify the lots from R3 (Urban Neighborhood Residential) to GB (General Business).
The committee will also discuss the scheduling of a public hearing for the rezoning proposal.
The public is invited to attend the meeting.
