MANSFIELD, OH  (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—The Association of Leadership Programs (ALP) has announced Laura Brogdon-Primavera of the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce (NC) and Angie Cirone of the Mansfield-Richland Area Educational Foundation (OH) as the latest recipients of the Certified Community Leadership Practitioner (CCLP) designation.

The CCLP program, created to provide ongoing training for Community Leadership Program professionals, aims to promote excellence and mastery of essential skills. The program’s development began in 2016, with the first CORE training course offered in 2019 during the ALP National Conference in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Since the initial cohort of 23 participants in 2019, 79 Community Leadership Program professionals have completed the required 16 hours of CORE training.

Brogdon-Primavera and Cirone are among the 23 individuals who have successfully completed the certification process, including passing the certification exam, to earn the CCLP designation.
