CRAWFORD COUNTY, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—The Crawford Park District is gearing up for a spooktacular October with two exciting events for families and archery enthusiasts alike.

On Saturday, October 19, from 6-9 PM, the annual Halloween Family Fun Night will take place at Lowe-Volk Park, located at 2401 State Route 598. Families are invited to dress in their favorite Halloween costumes and enjoy a variety of activities, including a bonfire, face painting, nature art, and wagon rides. Children can touch and learn about animals and participate in a guided night hike through the haunted woods or a self-guided clue hike around the grass mounds to earn a treat bag. Astronomy Club members will also be present with telescopes for night sky viewing, weather permitting. Lowe-Volk Park is conveniently located 3 miles north of US Route 30.
