The rating encompasses the four companies within Ohio Mutual’s intercompany pool: Ohio Mutual Insurance Company, its wholly owned subsidiary United Ohio Insurance Company, Casco Indemnity Company, and for the first time, recent merger partner United Mutual Insurance Company. All these entities are part of the holding company Ohio Mutual Insurance Group, Inc.
