MANSFIELD, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering rewards for information leading to the capture of four fugitives wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Richland County Sheriff’s Office.
Stephanie Talley
Stephanie Talley, 36, is wanted for failure to register as a sex offender. Talley is described as a white female with brown hair and hazel eyes, standing 5 feet 3 inches tall. She has ties to the city of Mansfield.
David Greene
David Greene, 38, is wanted for failing to verify his address as a sex offender. Greene is described as a white male with brown hair and hazel eyes, standing 6 feet tall. He has connections to Mansfield and Galion.
Tracy Baker
Tracy Baker is wanted for possession of drugs. Baker is described as a white female with blond hair and blue eyes, standing 5 feet 4 inches tall. She has ties to Mansfield and Edison, Ohio.
Richard Meck III
Richard Meck III, 32, is wanted for breaking and entering. Meck III is described as a white male with brown hair and blue eyes, standing 5 feet 8 inches tall. He has connections to Mansfield and Crestline.
