A summertime favorite in Crestline was robbed Tuesday evening and police are searching for two men who fled on foot from Freezer Fresh.
The Crawford County Sheriff’s Office and the Crestline Police Department are working on the investigation.
Little information has been released at this time, but what is known is that two men, both dressed in hoodies and one of them in a werewolf mask, robbed the ice cream and fast food hangout that has been in Crestline on the west end of town for years. It is believed a 9 mm handgun was used in the robbery.

In related matters it had been rumored on social media that the Bucyrus Wal-Mart had also been robbed Tuesday prior to the Crestline robbery. However, neither the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office nor the Bucyrus Police Department were aware of any such incident according to the dispatchers on duty.
