The Bucyrus Tourism and Visitors’ Bureau is asking all businesses in Bucyrus to join in the Window Decorating Contest for the 2013 Bratwurst Festival.
Create a Window Display or Window Painting with a German Heritage Theme. The contest has two categories: Window Display (for those businesses that want to make a German Scene in their window). The other category is Window Painting (for any Business that could paint a German Scene, etc. on their windows). Bring back our German Heritage in this manner for all of Bucyrus and our visitors to enjoy and admire.
Every business in Bucyrus will be hand delivered an entry form by Festival Director Larry West.
Judging will be done by out-of-area judges the week of August 5. Submit your entry to the BTVB Office at 301 South Sandusky Avenue by Friday, August 2, 2013. First, second and third place awards will be given for both categories.
Thank you for joining us in support of the Bucyrus area and the upcoming Bratwurst Festival. This year’s Festival will be held August 15-17. The theme for the festival is “Brattie is Rockin’ Again”.
