8:10 a.m.- A parking citation was issued in the 400 block of Emerson Street after a complaint was received.
9:10 a.m.- Cody Walter, 24, was issued a citation for driving under suspension, expired registration, and indecent exposure at Outhwaite Reservoir after a complaint was received.
10:38 a.m.- Officers assisted a woman experiencing mental issues in the 700 block of South Poplar Street.
10:42 a.m.- Officers checked the 100 block of West Mansfield Street area for suspicious activity.
11:01 a.m.- Michael Rayborn, 62, Woodbine, was arrested for domestic violence. He is being held pending a court appearance.
11:09 a.m.- A report of vandalism to a vehicle in the 800 block of Cleland Avenue was investigated.
12:13 p.m.- Officers spoke to a woman at the Police Department about a scam.
12:47 p.m.- Officers returned to the 700 block of South Poplar Street after several calls of a woman having mental issues.
1:03 p.m.- Officers investigated a report of a domestic dispute in the 1100 block of Reid Street. It was unfounded.
2:29 p.m.- Officers checked the welfare of a man walking on East Beal Ave.
4:20 p.m.- Jamie Hall, 38, was arrested on a warrant out of Shelby Police Department. Hall also has charges pending from the Bucyrus Police Department. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be for court.
4:45 p.m.- Officers responded, along with Portsmouth EMS, to a reported overdose in the 400 block of North Sandusky Avenue. Dustin Harper, 27, was arrested and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center on a probation violation.
5:03 p.m.- Officers responded to a disturbance in the Hopley Avenue and Lucas Street area.
5:03 p.m.- Officers spoke with someone regarding mail theft in the 1700 block of Marion Road.
5:24 p.m.- Officers responded to a domestic situation in the 100 block of Emerson Street.
5:44 p.m.- Officers mediated a domestic situation in the 600 block of Woodlawn Avenue.
11:03 p.m.- Officers assisted a motorist locked out of a vehicle in the 500 block of Failor Avenue.
11:13 p.m.- A vehicle parked with a door open in the area of Harris and Hopley Avenues was investigated. The owner was located in the residence and just forgot to close it.

12:49 a.m.- A report of juveniles walking through yards and looking into vehicles in the 700 block of Dudley Street was investigated.
1:40 a.m.- A report was taken of a child being bitten by the family dog in the 1000 block of Whetstone Street.
2:22 a.m.- A resident in the 800 block of South Spring Street reported hearing someone pounding on their door. No one was located in the area when officers responded.
2:24 a.m.- Officers checked the welfare of a person in the area of West Mary and Sears Streets.
