GALIONꟷGalion Police were called to the Rainbow Motel, 920 Charles St., at 7:28 p.m. for a man who was unresponsive.
The caller had reported that the man was passed out and would not wake up. Drug paraphernalia was found in the motel room. EMS personnel also assisted at the scene.

12:10 a.m.-A report of a group of people playing basketball at East Park was investigated. The two adults were advised the park is closed and left the area and a juvenile was picked up by a parent.
12:36 a.m.-A report of two impaired males yelling obscenities at people in the West Payne Avenue area was investigated.
9:40 a.m.-A report of a man using drugs and driving while posting a live video on social media was investigated in the 300 block of Eighth Avenue.
10:31 a.m.-A Dewalt flashlight with a battery that was found in the Cummings Street area was turned over to officers.
12:11 p.m.-A welfare check was conducted in the 500 block of Galion Arms and the juvenile was fine.
1:34 p.m.-A standby was conducted for Children Services personnel in the 900 block of Charles Street.
5:09 p.m.-A standby was conducted in the 300 block of First Avenue.
5:11 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 1100 block of East Walnut Street.
5:38 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the Portland Way South area.
9:46 p.m.-A report of a male wearing all dark clothes looking into vehicles in an alley in the North Murray Street area was investigated.
10:29 p.m.-A verbal warning was issued to a male for riding a bike at night with no lights in the 900 block of Charles Street.
