9:19 a.m.-Officers assisted Crawford County Children’s Services personnel in the 200 block of Ethel Street.

10:10 a.m.-Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office delivering a message in the 400 block of West Warren Street.

10:30 a.m.-Officers assisted Crawford County Children’s Services personnel in the 500 block of East Charles Street.

1:41 p.m.-Officers made a welfare check on West Warren Street.

1:54 p.m.-A South Walnut Street resident reported receiving threats against his property.

2:58 p.m.-A commercial alarm was investigated in the 300 block of East Mansfield Street. It was a false alarm.

3:59 p.m.-Officers responded to a disturbance in the 1700 block of Whetstone Street.

4:02 p.m.-Officers investigated a sexual harassment complaint in the 400 block of Wallace Avenue.

4:12 p.m.-Officers assisted Portsmouth EMS in the 1700 block of Marion Road with a highly agitated client possibly under the influence.

4:49 p.m.-Officers responded to a reported breaking and entering in the 500 block of Hopley Avenue.

6:12 p.m.-A juvenile complaint regarding a basketball bouncing into a house in the 1300 block of Monnett Street was checked out.

6:56 p.m.-Officers responded to a disturbance in the 400 block of Wallace Avenue. It was a loud music complaint.

9:45 p.m.-A report of a female pedestrian wearing jeans, brown boots and a flower-print shirt stumbling in the area of Prospect Street and Hopley Avenue was investigated.  No one was located in the area.

12:03 a.m.-A report of two people on a dirt bike and a third on a four-wheeler who were operating them illegally around the Whetstone Street and East Southern Avenue. The people pushed the four-wheeler off the road by the fairgrounds where it was found abandoned off East Southern Avenue. The four-wheeler was brought to the police department.
